I was looking for a general contractor for a major kitchen remodel. I checked out a few contractors and decided on RES Construction. I met with the owner, Ralph Schonian and he put together a design and plan of action. He explained how he would proceed, what I needed to do as far as picking the finishes (flooring, paint, appliances, granite, Ect.). He explained how his fees work which was great for me. Although not the cheapest quote, his work ethic is unsurpassed. He showed up everyday, completed the work necessary and completely cleaned up each day. I had multiple job changes during the project that incorporated other rooms and with each job change, he completely explained the scope of work and additional fees. He went with me numerous time to pick out finishes and provide guidance which was invaluable. The project, even with all the extra work I had him do was completed on time. The kitchen, living room, family room, new fireplace, and new doors came out incredible and I am completely happy with everything that was done. RES Construction is outstanding. Knowledgeable, reliable, and truthful are words I would use to describe this company. For great quality work at reasonable prices, RES Construction is your best bet.
